Premium Japanese Café & Cigar Lounge Design

I am looking for an experienced architectural and interior designer to develop a complete premium Japanese-inspired two-story café and cigar lounge concept.

Project requirements:

- Reference plot size: 150 m², located in Kirkuk, Iraq.
- Complete exterior architectural design and interior design for both floors.
- Ground floor: A luxurious traditional Japanese café inspired by old Japanese architecture, warm wood, authentic Japanese details, elegant seating, and a central fountain enclosed in a glass structure with climbing plants.
- Upper floor: An exclusive cigar lounge featuring premium leather seating, dark wood, warm lighting, and a balcony overlooking the central fountain.
- A tall chandelier suspended between the two floors, ending near the fountain.
- High-quality photorealistic 3D renders and walkthrough videos.
- Architectural floor plans, elevations, dimensions, and other relevant design documentation.
- Editable 3D source files and organized project files.
- A distinctive, premium design that clearly reflects traditional Japanese aesthetics rather than a generic modern café.

The concept should be professionally presented as a complete project package that can be sold to investors. The investor's engineering team may adapt the design to a different plot later.
