Precision Metal Laser Cutting

I have a series of metal components—each over 5 mm thick—that need to be cut cleanly and accurately on a CNC laser. I’ll supply the drawings in DXF/DWG; what I need from you is the full cutting program, recommended machine parameters (power, speed, gas), and of course the actual cutting carried out to the drawings’ tolerances.

You should be comfortable handling thick-gauge metal on industrial laser equipment and be able to advise on any minor design tweaks that would improve edge quality or reduce kerf. Once we agree on the nesting layout, I’ll arrange delivery of the raw stock to your facility, or you can suggest a reliable shop if you only provide programming.

Deliverables will be accepted when:
• All parts match the supplied CAD within stated tolerances
• Edges are burr-free and ready for downstream fabrication
• A brief run report is provided noting settings, material batch, and any anomalies
