Precise Sales Text Entry

I need to turn a stack of printed sales reports—somewhere between 51 and 200 pages—into clean, digital text. Every page is text-only: customer names, product descriptions, order references and totals written out in words.

You’ll receive high-resolution scans and an Excel template that mirrors our CRM fields. Simply key in the text exactly as it appears, keeping capitalization, punctuation and line breaks intact so our import scripts run flawlessly.

Accuracy is critical; I’ll be spot-checking for at least 99 % correctness. If any section is smudged or unreadable, flag it in a notes column rather than guessing.

Deliverables
• Completed Excel file with all pages transcribed in order
• Short log of any unclear or illegible entries
