Precise PDF-to-Word Layout Recreation

I need my PDF reconstructed in Microsoft Word so that it looks almost identical to the original. The file mixes text, images, forms, and a few charts, and I want every element—text, tables/forms, and charts alike—left fully editable after conversion.

Please replicate page breaks, margins, fonts, headings, and overall positioning as closely as Word allows. Embed the images in their original spots and redraw any simple shapes or chart objects so they can be modified later if needed. If OCR or specialized conversion tools are part of your workflow, that is fine; just make sure the end result opens cleanly in Word (DOCX) without extra external links.

Deliverables:
• A single, fully editable .docx mirroring the PDF’s layout
• Images, forms, and chart objects embedded and editable
• No stray text boxes or formatting artifacts

I’ll supply the PDF as soon as we start and will review the Word file for fidelity and editability before sign-off.
