Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a PDF that I need brought into Word so I can revise the text directly while keeping everything else—margins, fonts, spacing, headers, and page breaks—exactly where it is in the original file. The images and any decorative elements can remain locked in place; the only part that must become editable is the text itself.

Please return a clean, fully editable .docx that mirrors the PDF line for line. No re-flowed paragraphs, no substituted fonts, and no shifted page layouts. If OCR is required to capture the text accurately, include that step so the result is truly editable.

Once I open the document in Microsoft Word, I should be able to click into any paragraph and type without having to repair formatting.
