Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a set of PDFs that must be re-created in Word so I can freely edit and update the text later. Every page, heading, table, image, and footer in the final .docx has to mirror the original layout exactly—fonts, margins, spacing, and any custom alignments included. No creative re-designs, just an accurate digital twin that opens cleanly in Microsoft Word.

To be considered, please attach a brief proposal outlining:
• how you will capture the text without introducing OCR errors,
• the steps you take to preserve complex formatting such as tables or embedded graphics,
• your estimated turnaround time for the first file (and per additional file, if relevant).

Deliverable
• One fully editable Word document that faithfully follows the source PDF format.
