Precise PDF-to-Excel Transfer

The task is straightforward: take the content of a single PDF document—no more than ten pages—and convert it into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. I will be using the spreadsheet purely for record-keeping, so accuracy matters more than speed. Every figure, label, and note that appears in the PDF must end up in the correct row and column, ready for easy lookup later.

You are free to rely on Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or any other tool that ensures faithful extraction, but the finished file must open flawlessly in modern versions of Microsoft Excel.
