Pre-Employment Vetting Project, Tashkent - Uzbekistan

I need a reliable partner on the ground in Tashkent to confirm a candidate’s employment history with one or more local employers. The task is limited to employment verification only—no reference checks, criminal searches, or credential validation are required.

Scope of work
• Contact the stated employer(s) directly, following whatever channel they accept (HR desk phone, official email, or an in-person visit if necessary).
• Verify the exact employment history provided by my candidate: company name, start and end dates, and stated position(s).
• Document the response in a concise report that includes: date of verification, name and title of the person who confirmed the details, their direct contact information, and any discrepancies you uncovered. Screenshots of email replies or signed/stamped letters are a plus.

Acceptance criteria
• Every data point in the candidate’s timeline is matched against an independent source at the employer.
• Any gap, mismatch, or unconfirmed detail is clearly flagged.
• All evidence is compiled into a single PDF report in English.

You are free to use standard vetting tools, but most success in Uzbekistan comes from polite, direct outreach, so strong local language skills and cultural awareness are essential. The assignment is time-sensitive; please indicate how quickly you can turn around the report once you receive the candidate’s details.
