We are looking for an experienced PPC professional to create, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn for OLHET, a digital Guest Journey Platform designed for hotels.
Our primary objective is to generate qualified leads and arrange demonstrations with hotel owners, general managers and senior hospitality decision-makers.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop a clear paid advertising strategy for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
* Identify and target relevant hospitality decision-makers
* Create campaign structures, audiences and retargeting campaigns
* Write compelling advertising copy and advise on creative content
* Install and verify all required tracking, pixels and conversion events
* Create and test multiple advert variations
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise spending
* Improve cost per lead and overall conversion rates
* Provide clear weekly performance reports
* Recommend improvements to landing pages and lead-generation forms
**Target Audience**
Campaigns will primarily target:
* Hotel owners and operators
* General managers
* Operations managers
* Sales and marketing directors
* Independent hotels and hotel management groups
* Branded properties, including Hilton and IHG hotels
**Required Experience**
Applicants should have:
* Proven experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
* Experience generating B2B leads
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting and audience creation
* A strong understanding of campaign testing and optimisation
* The ability to explain performance clearly without unnecessary jargon
* Hospitality, hotel technology or SaaS marketing experience would be highly beneficial
We are looking for someone reliable and commercially focused who can work with us on an ongoing basis if the initial campaigns perform successfully.
