PowerEdge M630 IO/iDRAC Repair

My Dell PowerEdge M630 is throwing simultaneous faults for both the IO Module and the iDRAC in the Chassis Management Controller. These errors began right after I swapped in a new NDR Broadcom module and an RSPI card, so I suspect either firmware mismatch, configuration drift, or a seating/compatibility issue.

Your task is to diagnose and clear those alerts, restore full iDRAC access, and bring the IO Module back online so everything shows green in the CMC.
