I have a SharePoint list with roughly thirty columns (single-line text, multi-line text, dates, single-choice fields and an attachment column). I’ll export the schema for you, but what I need is a responsive PowerApps form that writes directly to this list and respects every data type.
Once the form is live, a Power Automate flow must drive a simple approval life-cycle: an immediate notification when a submission is saved, followed by additional emails at each status change right through to closure. I’ll spell out the exact stages and recipients—think submission, manager review, final sign-off—so the flow can branch as required.
Deliverables:
• PowerApps canvas app tied to the existing list, including attachment handling
• Power Automate flow that sends the staged emails and updates list columns accordingly
• A short hand-off note (or screen-share) so I can adjust recipients or wording later
If you’ve built similar SharePoint-connected apps before, this should be quick work; the focus is clean form generation, reliable data capture, and clear notifications. Let me know your timeline and any clarifying questions.
