Power Platform Enterprise HR Portal

I need an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional to architect and build a web-based HR portal with Power Pages at its core. The first release must handle HR and applicant tracking, onboarding with employee self-service, plus PTO and benefits management, all surfaced through clean, role-based pages for HR managers, supervisors, and employees.

The new site has to live comfortably inside our Microsoft 365 environment and connect, through standard or custom connectors, to three critical back-end systems—our ERP, payroll solution, and existing document-management repository—so data flows bidirectionally without manual touch points. Think of the experience as a light-weight alternative to Arcoro, but fully aligned with our internal processes and security model.

Scope highlights
• Design the overall information architecture, Dataverse schema, and security roles that map to HR managers, supervisors, and employee self-service.
• Build Power Pages sites for candidate application, onboarding tasks, time-off requests, and benefit elections, complete with approval workflows in Power Automate.
• Surface documents stored in our DMS, trigger e-signatures where required, and write key events back to ERP and payroll.
• Provide responsive layout and accessible design so staff can work comfortably on desktop and mobile browsers.

Acceptance
A successful milestone demonstrates end-to-end creation of a position, posting to the external page, candidate submission, HR review, conversion to employee, and a completed PTO request that posts to payroll.
