Power BI Sales Dashboard Creation

I want to turn our sales figures into a clear, interactive story in Power BI. Right now there is no central data source, so the first step will be helping me collect and structure the raw sales data—whether that means pulling CSV exports from our ecommerce platform, connecting to our CRM API, or setting up a small database that we can refresh automatically.

Once the data is in place, you’ll handle the cleaning, transformation and modelling in Power Query and DAX, then design an engaging report that lets managers spot trends, compare product lines and track performance over time. I’m open to whichever mix of bar, line, pie or other visuals best conveys the insights, and I value your creative recommendations here.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A refreshable data source (or documented process) feeding Power BI
• A well-structured .pbix file with intuitive measures and calculated columns
• An interactive dashboard covering key sales KPIs, ready for publication to the Power BI Service
• A brief hand-off note so I can update or extend the report later
