Power BI Performance Tracking Report

I need a Power BI report that gives me a clear, interactive view of how our organisation is performing day-to-day and month-to-month. The focus is strictly on performance tracking, so the visuals should surface key KPIs, trend lines and drill-through details that let me spot bottlenecks quickly and take action.

You will take the raw data I provide, model it cleanly, then design an engaging dashboard that updates automatically. Card visuals, custom tooltips, slicers and bookmarks are all welcome if they help users move from the high-level picture down to granular insights in just a few clicks.

Deliverables
• Finished .pbix file with all measures, relationships and visuals in place
• A brief walkthrough or recording that explains how the report is structured and how to refresh the data
