Load your cleaned data into Power BI and build a leadership-grade dashboard. Quality of thinking over quantity of visuals.
Must include:
An executive summary view answering "are we healthy?" at a glance: a small set of headline cards, not a wall of charts.
At least three DAX measures written by you (e.g. win rate, YoY or QoQ growth, running total, a ranked measure). Implicit drag-and-drop aggregations don't count toward this.
Slicers for region, segment, partner tier, and time, wired to work together.
One trend visual and one funnel or stage-breakdown visual.
At least one piece of conditional formatting or dynamic commentary that surfaces a signal (e.g. flags coverage below target).
Constraints: no default Power BI theme dump: apply deliberate formatting. Every visual must earn its place; if you can't say why leadership needs it, cut it.
