I have a functioning Power Apps solution that now needs a deeper automation layer. Before we add anything new, I’d like a quick review of the existing canvas so you understand the current data structure and flows.

The main enhancement is straightforward: whenever actions occur in the app, the related records must automatically be created or updated in SharePoint. All logic should live in a maintainable Power Automate flow (or within the app if you see a cleaner method), and it has to respect the existing naming conventions and security trimming already in place.

What I need from you
• A concise audit of the current Power Apps build with notes on bottlenecks or conflicts you spot.
• A working automation that reliably writes to or updates the correct SharePoint list(s).
• Clear in-app or flow comments so someone else can follow the logic later.

I’ll walk you through the current app and the SharePoint lists on a short call, and we can agree on the exact event triggers at that time. If you have questions about delegation limits, premium connectors, or licensing impacts, flag them early so we can keep the rollout smooth.
