I need a company that already holds a PostNL business-level shipping contract to take over the complete order-processing and fulfillment flow for my perishable product line. Every weekday I send you a fresh order file; you pick, pack, and dispatch the parcels under your PostNL account before the evening cut-off so they arrive in prime condition the next day.

The goods require SPECIAL PACKAGING—insulated boxes with cold packs—to keep them fresh during transit. No temperature-controlled trucks are necessary, but the packaging itself must maintain product integrity for at least 24 hours.

Deliverables
• Seamless import of daily orders (CSV, API, or Shopify connector)
• Packing in the agreed insulated materials and sealing to food-safety standards
• Generation of PostNL Track & Trace labels on your contract and timely hand-off to the depot
• Automatic return of tracking numbers to my system the same day
• Weekly dispatch report covering volumes, exceptions, and delivered-on-time metrics

Acceptance Criteria
An order is judged successful when the PostNL tracking page shows “Delivered” within 24 hours and the internal temperature on random test parcels remains within the safe range at delivery.

Please confirm the size of your current PostNL allocation, your daily capacity, and how soon you can onboard new SKUs.
