Post-Rehab Interior Photo Shoot
Budget / Salary$30–250

I have just wrapped up a full-scale renovation and now need a fresh set of images that capture the brand-new finishes throughout the property. The priority is clear, high-quality photography that highlights the workmanship, textures, and materials we installed during the rehab—think gleaming floors, updated tilework, modern fixtures, and sleek cabinetry.
Scope of rooms
Every finished room in the house needs coverage. That includes living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and any bonus spaces that received upgrades. I’m looking for both wide angles that show the entire layout and tighter shots that celebrate the details—mitered corners, grout lines, hardware, lighting, and any standout design elements.
Style & technical notes
• Natural-looking lighting (strobe or continuous is fine, but the final result should feel bright and inviting).
• Straight, distortion-free verticals—please use a tripod and proper lens correction.
• Thoughtful composition that lets prospective buyers or renters imagine themselves in the space while still emphasizing the new finishes.
• Light post-processing is required: color accuracy, balanced exposure, and removal of minor distractions.
Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEGs (print ready) plus web-optimized copies.
• RAW files for archival purposes.
• A contact sheet or gallery link for quick review.
Timing
The home is ready now; scheduling within the next week would be ideal so we can list promptly.
If you have an online portfolio that shows similar interior shoots, send it along. I’m happy to answer any logistical questions about access, shoot duration, or specific angles I have in mind.
