I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to migrate my existing Point of Sale (POS) system, PartFlow, from Lovable Cloud to my own local server.

The system is already built, and I have the source code available on GitHub. I do NOT want to rebuild the system from scratch. I need a developer to inspect my existing code and make the necessary changes so that the software can be installed and run independently on my own Windows PC or shop server, without depending on Lovable Cloud.

Current technology: React, TypeScript, Vite, Supabase, PostgreSQL and Docker.

Main requirements:

- Remove dependencies on Lovable Cloud at runtime.
- Set up a self-hosted Supabase/PostgreSQL backend, including authentication, database migrations, storage and security policies.
- Create a simple Docker-based installation process.
- Ensure all existing POS features continue working, including inventory, invoicing, stock management, customers, suppliers, reports and the B2B portal.
- Preserve existing stock quantities, historical sales, invoices and financial records.
- Document any external services that still require internet access.
- Provide backups, restore instructions and complete installation documentation.

I want to own and control the software, source code and deployment. The final system must be installable on my own server without needing Lovable to operate.

I am looking for someone with proven experience in Supabase self-hosting, Docker, PostgreSQL and migrating existing cloud applications.

Please quote for an initial code audit first, followed by a separate quotation for the migration. Do not rebuild the application or make unapproved changes.

Please explain your experience with similar projects, your proposed approach, estimated timeline and total cost.
