Portrait Lighting Correction & Retouching

I have a small batch of portrait shots that were taken under harsh, uneven light. The faces and backgrounds don’t blend smoothly and the overall exposure jumps from bright patches to deep shadows. I’m looking for a careful retouch that evens out the lighting across each image while keeping everything true-to-life—no airbrushed, over-polished look, just clean, natural illumination and accurate skin tones.
You may work in Photoshop, Lightroom, or any comparable tool; I only care that the final images feel cohesive and realistic, with highlights recovered, shadows lifted, and color balance left intact.
Deliverables
• Fully corrected high-resolution JPEGs (and layered PSDs if you prefer to work non-destructively)
• Consistent, natural lighting throughout each portrait
• No visible halos, artifacts, or color casts
If you can turn these around quickly without sacrificing quality, let’s get started.
