Portable AI Torso Sculpture

I’m commissioning a life-sized promotional piece that will travel with our film team: a woman’s torso and hips emerging from a sleek, glossy black pedestal the size of a standard USPS blue mailbox (roughly 48” H × 29” W × 24” D). The look should suggest an advanced A.I. interface—elegant, slightly futuristic—yet remain practical enough to lift in and out of vans without special rigging.

I’m aiming for moderate anatomical detail: clear curves, believable proportions, some surface texture, but nothing hyper-realistic. No lights, speakers, or other electronics are needed; the visual presence alone will do the job.

Because this piece will be moved frequently, I’m open to whatever cost-effective process you recommend—fiberglass-over-foam, thermoformed plastic, lightweight resin, even a hybrid approach—as long as the final finish is durable, scratch-resistant, and spot-touch-up friendly.
