Populate Excel with Sales Data

I have a freshly generated database export and I need that information transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The export contains mixed data—numbers such as quantities and totals alongside text like order IDs and customer names.

Your task is simple but requires accuracy: pull only the Sales Data fields from the export, map them to the corresponding columns in Excel, and make sure every entry is correctly typed and formatted for easy analysis and pivot-table use later on.

Deliverables:
• One .xlsx file with all Sales Data rows and columns fully populated, no missing cells
• Consistent formatting for currencies, dates, and descriptive text
• A brief note explaining any transformations or calculated columns you added for clarity
