I need a modern false-ceiling layout for the ground floor—specifically the large hall and one bedroom. The finish can be either POP or gypsum.

You’ll be working from accurate information. I can share:
• the original interior-design drawings prepared by another architect
• detailed 2D floor plans
• the full AutoCAD file

Just tell me which of these you’d like up front and I’ll forward them right away, along with site photos and the marked-up plan in the Google Drive link.

What I expect back:

1. Fully dimensioned ceiling drawings for each of the two rooms, ready for my contractor to read without guesswork.
2. Reflected ceiling plans that clearly indicate POP vs. gypsum areas, level drops, and joint positions.
3. Lighting placeholders coordinated with the layout (exact fixtures can be generic; I’ll final-select later).
4. Cross-sections or details where step levels, coves, or recesses appear.
5. A short specification sheet listing materials and recommended framing/support.
6. PDF sheets for quick reference plus the editable CAD file so my contractor can pull quantities.

Once I have drawings with all measurements clearly called out, the project is complete. Let me know the file format you prefer to work in, any clarification you need on ceiling heights, and your estimated turnaround time.
