Pool & Gate Tiling Repairs

I have three tidy tiling tasks I’d like handled in one visit:

• Swap out a single cracked outside tile – I have the exact replacement on-site.
• Lift and re-glue six loose tiles around the pool surround so they sit level, I will clear the surrounds.
• Add a fresh tiled layer to the brick entrance gate. The substrate is sound brick; I’ll supply photos and exact measurements. I would value your guidance on the best type of tile to use.

I can send clear dimensions and close-ups of every area before you arrive so you can confirm adhesive, grout colour and any prep materials you’ll need. Let me know your recommended approach, expected time on site and any lead-time for ordering the entrance-gate tiles.

Job is not urgent and can't be started any earlier than late November but prefer December
I'm open to either fixed price quote or time & material or a combination.
