Poker Hand Converter Prototype

I want to commission a small prototype that takes raw hand histories from WPT, CoinPoker and GG and converts them into files that import cleanly into both Hand2Note 3 and Hand2Note 4.1.

The core requirement is simple: whatever format those three rooms currently output, the tool must translate it into the exact syntax Hand2Note expects so that all cards, stacks, positions, timestamps and results show up correctly once imported.

My priorities
• Accuracy of the parsed data
• Reliability across the three rooms named above
• A straightforward way for me to run the converter (CLI or light GUI—whichever is faster for you)

Deliverables
• A working prototype executable (Windows is fine; cross-platform even better)
• Source code and brief setup/usage notes so I can test locally
• Short test set demonstrating successful import into both Hand2Note versions

This is strictly for personal, non-commercial use, so efficient, maintainable code matters more to me than fancy UI polish. Let me know your estimated timeline, tech stack of choice and a reasonable fixed price or milestone breakdown, and we can move forward.
