Point cloud to CAD | scan to cad

I need an experienced AutoCAD / ReCap draftsman who can create highly accurate as-built architectural drawings from a registered point cloud.
Important:

I will hire more than one freelancer for this project.

All work must be done in AutoCAD only (DWG format). Revit or any other software is not accepted.
Key Responsibilities:

Convert a registered .RCP point cloud of an existing building into precise 2D architectural drawings
Produce complete floor plans for all scanned levels
Produce roof plan and all external elevations
Produce minimum 2 building sections
Ensure accurate representation of walls, doors, windows, openings, levels, roof lines, and all visible architectural elements extracted from the point cloud
Organize the final deliverables with a clear layer system (template will be provided)

Final Deliverables:

Fully organized DWG files (AutoCAD only)
Matching PDF sheets suitable for architectural design and review

Note:

You will receive the registered .RCP point cloud. I can also provide:

A sample + layer template
One complete previous project done from point cloud (high level of detail)

Ideal Skills and Experience:

Strong background in point-cloud-to-CAD conversion
Proven experience converting ReCap (.RCP) files into accurate architectural drawings in AutoCAD
High attention to detail and ability to extract all architectural elements correctly from the point cloud
Clean drafting standards (proper line weights, dashed lines, dimensions, levels, readable text, organized layers)

Level of Detailing:

Drawings must be highly accurate and clean. All walls, openings, doors, windows, levels, and roof lines must match the point cloud. Detailing quality should follow the sample project I will share (including fine elements).
