Podcast Episode & Clips Editing

I’m recording weekly shows that average 30–60 minutes and every episode needs to leave my hands as raw files and return as a complete, multi-platform package. Some weeks the conversation is professional and serious, other weeks it drifts into casual chat or lighthearted banter, so I need an editor who can lean into whichever tone the content demands—tight pacing, well-timed punch-ins, tasteful humour when it fits, or a clean, no-nonsense polish when that’s what the topic calls for.

You’re free to work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or any other tool that lets you move fast and keep quality high; what matters is the result, not the badge on the toolbar.

Deliverables for each episode
• One fully edited 30–60 min video ready for YouTube (TAS style)
• A cleaned, level-matched audio-only master for Spotify/Apple Podcasts
• 14–20 vertical clips (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with:
 – burnt-in captions
 – punch-ins, zooms, dynamic cuts, B-roll where it lifts the story
 – on-screen hooks or text overlays
• One trailer/teaser (30-60 sec)
• One “coming this week” clip
• One to two standalone quote/moment clips
• Eye-catching YouTube thumbnail + several title suggestions
• Accurate timestamps/chapters for the long video
• Suggested social captions for every short
• Clearly labelled export files (e.g., Monday AM, Monday PM…) so publishing is effortless on my side

Acceptance notes
The long video and podcast audio must sync perfectly, levels should sit around –14 LUFS, and captions need ≥98 % accuracy. Social clips should hook within the first three seconds, stay under 60 sec, and feel native to each platform.
