I need a detailed numerical model of a plate heat exchanger that circulates a water-and-glycol (40%) mixture in hot side and water on cold side . The key figures I’m after are:
• Overall heat-transfer rate
• Predicted outlet temperatures for each stream
• Pressure drop from inlet to outlet
Feel free to work in silidworks and COMSOL Multiphysics, —as long as the final files can be opened and verified on my end.
Deliverables
• Native simulation file(s) with all boundary conditions and material properties defined
• A concise report (PDF or Word) summarising the model set-up, assumptions, mesh/solver settings, and the three requested results
• Screenshots or plots that clearly illustrate temperature contours and pressure distribution across the plates
I’ll supply plate geometry, flow rates, inlet temperatures, and glycol concentration once we start. Please outline your approach, expected turnaround, and any additional data you’ll need so we can get moving quickly.
