Plastic Hanger Extension Arm Production

I’m taking my plastic clothes-hanger extension arm into manufacturing and need a partner who can drive the project from the sample on my desk to a fully documented, factory-ready package. You will start with the physical sample and accompanying CAD files I already have, refine them for efficient, defect-free injection-molding, and deliver everything a molder needs to quote and run a first production batch.

Key outcomes I expect:
• Optimised 3D model and 2D drawings ready for tooling
• Design-for-manufacture analysis with material and gate recommendations
• Complete bill of materials, finishing notes, and packaging specs
• Step-by-step manufacturing plan, including prototype, pilot run, QC checkpoints, and final scale-up
• Estimated cycle time, unit cost and mold cost projections

Please attach a detailed project proposal outlining milestones, the software and processes you use (SolidWorks, Moldflow, AutoCAD, etc.), and examples of similar plastic parts you have taken into production. I will supply the existing CAD and ship the physical sample once we agree on terms.
