I have a steady stream of residential projects that need to be run through PlanSwift, and I’m looking for someone who can handle the full estimating cycle inside the software. Each set of drawings will arrive in PDF; from there I need:

• A precise quantity takeoff generated directly in PlanSwift
• An itemized cost estimate using my current pricing database (I’ll supply the latest unit costs)
• A clean, client-ready bid proposal exported to PDF and Excel

Accuracy and consistency are essential—the numbers you produce will go straight into my bids. I’ll share a short walkthrough of my existing templates and naming conventions so you can slot in quickly. Turnaround is usually three business days per project, with the occasional rush job.

Acceptance criteria
• All measurements traced in PlanSwift with linked assemblies; no manual spreadsheets
• Summary page matches my template and totals reconcile to individual takeoff items
