I have a set of plans ready and need a focused assessment completed exclusively in PlanSwift within the next three days. The job is straightforward: open my files in PlanSwift, run a full construction estimate, and return the numbers in the exact templates I will supply.

What I’m looking for inside the software is clear:

• Labour cost take-off
• Material cost take-off
• Consolidated overall project cost

You’ll receive my spreadsheet and report layouts up front, so all figures must drop straight into those fields without altering the format. Deliver the native PlanSwift file plus a PDF summary exported directly from the program so I can review and hand it to the client immediately.
