I’m putting together an intimate corporate networking evening aimed squarely at business development among executives and other key decision-makers. The guest list will top out at around 40–50 people, so every detail has to feel high-touch, strategic, and effortlessly professional.

I already know the tone I want—think warm introductions, meaningful conversation, and a concise program anchored by one standout guest speaker who can spark dialogue relevant to our industry. What I need is someone who can translate that vision into a concrete, ready-to-execute event plan.

Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A curated venue shortlist with pros/cons, availability, and estimated costs
• A 2-hour run-of-show that weaves networking blocks around the keynote slot
• Recommendations and outreach templates for securing the right speaker, plus fees and tech requirements
• A simple budget tracker (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) covering catering, A/V, signage, and contingencies
• A guest communication timeline—from the save-the-date to a post-event follow-up email—ready to drop into Mailchimp or Outlook
• On-site staffing and vendor notes so my team can step in the day of the event without guesswork

If you’re comfortable coordinating with venues, negotiating speaker contracts, and polishing the finer points of executive-level hospitality, I’d love to see how you’d approach this. Turnaround for the full plan is two weeks, with check-ins at the one-week mark to make sure we’re aligned.

Let me know your experience with similar high-caliber networking events and share a brief outline of how you’d start. Looking forward to collaborating on an evening that leaves our guests wanting the next invitation.
