Plain PDF Text to Word Conversion

I have a text-only PDF that uses clear headings, bullet points and other basic styles. I need every word moved into an editable .docx file. Replicating every pixel of the original layout is not necessary; a close match that keeps the structure—headings as Heading 1/2, bullets as real list styles and correct paragraph breaks—is all I’m after.

Accuracy is my priority: no missing sentences, no extra spaces, no typos. Please preserve the existing logical styles so I can re-format quickly later.
