I need every word transferred faithfully into a Word document, kept as clean, plain text. No styling or layout recreation is required; the emphasis is on spelling-perfect accuracy and preserving the original line breaks where they make sense for readability.

You may copy-paste where possible, but please proof each page against the source so the final .docx reads exactly like the PDF. When you return the file, I’ll run a quick spot-check: any typos or missing lines will need correction before sign-off.
