I have a multi-page, text-only PDF that must be recreated in Word 2019 (or newer) with zero drift in layout. Every font, margin, header, footer, page break, line break, and spacing value needs to sit exactly where it does in the original so the document prints and displays indistinguishably.

You may rely on advanced OCR, a meticulous manual re-type, or any hybrid workflow you trust; the choice of Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, Microsoft Word’s built-in OCR, or other precision tools is entirely up to you. What matters is that the final .docx opens cleanly, shows no hidden formatting glitches, and can be edited without unexpected shifts.

Before sending the file back, please give it a quick proofread to catch stray characters or style slips—headers and footers must stay locked in place, default Normal style should not overwrite custom paragraph styles, and section breaks can’t creep in where page breaks belong.

Deliverables:
• A fully editable .docx that mirrors the PDF pixel for pixel
• A short note (a paragraph is enough) explaining the technique and checks you used to preserve layout and styles

If you’ve handled exacting PDF-to-Word conversions before, this should feel familiar. As soon as you’re done, I’m ready to review and sign off.
