PitchBook Investment & CPA Leads

I need a fresh spreadsheet of verifiable, bounce-free G Suite email leads pulled exclusively from PitchBook. The file has two distinct tabs: one for investors and one for CPA firms active in construction. Because I cannot share a PitchBook login, please use your own access and note the search parameters you apply so I can replicate them later if needed.

Investment leads tab: include the decision maker’s full contact details (name, title, direct email, phone if listed) and the typical investment size they participate in. Please keep industry focus broad unless PitchBook forces a filter.

CPA construction tab: list the partner or principal who handles construction clients, again with complete contact details and a verified G Suite address.

Every email must pass a real-time debounce test; any that fail count as incomplete.

Deliverables
• Google-Sheets-ready file with the two tabs described above
• Column definitions documented in row 1
• Brief note on the PitchBook query logic used

Acceptance will be based on a 0% hard-bounce rate when I run a follow-up validation and the presence of investment size data for each investor record.
