Picture Book Layout & Formatting

I need a polished, child-friendly layout for my picture book delivered in both print-ready and digital formats. The job covers complete typesetting, page composition, and file preparation so the story looks consistent whether it’s held in hand or read on a tablet.

For print, please set up the pages with correct trim, bleed, safe zones, and spine width, then output a press-ready PDF that any POD service or offset printer can accept. For digital, produce a fixed-layout EPUB (or comparable file) that preserves artwork placement, plus a high-resolution PDF for online distribution.

You’ll handle:
• Typography that suits early readers
• Consistent image placement and spreads
• Front and back matter, page numbers, and copyright page
• Colour profiles (CMYK for print, RGB for screen)

Final deliverables:
1. Print-ready PDF with bleeds
2. Fixed-layout EPUB (and the working InDesign or Affinity file)
3. Cover and interior files clearly labelled
