I have an existing PHP/MySQL dating website script and I am looking for an experienced developer to improve, complete, test and optimize it.
The website already includes user registration/login, profiles, photos, private messaging, matches, likes, favorites, profile visitors, search filters, notifications, admin panel, plugins, premium memberships, credits, profile boosts, Super Likes, verification, multiple languages and responsive mobile design.
I need the developer to:
Fix existing PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS and mobile/responsive issues.
Make the website stable, secure and fast.
Improve the modern UI/UX where necessary.
Make sure all features work correctly on desktop and mobile.
Test registration, login, profiles, search, matching, likes and private messages.
Improve the Premium membership system.
Configure monetization features such as Premium subscriptions, credits, Boosts, Super Likes and paid features.
Make payment integration reliable and secure.
Make sure admin can enable or disable individual website features.
Improve the plugin system without breaking the core script.
Check database migrations and make updates safe for existing users.
Fix multilingual translations so the selected language is used throughout the complete website.
Improve security, validation and protection against common PHP/MySQL vulnerabilities.
Important: This is an existing project, not a new website from scratch. I want someone who can understand the current codebase and improve it without removing or breaking existing features.
Experience required: Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, responsive design, payment systems and debugging existing PHP applications. Experience with dating/social networking websites is a strong advantage.
Please include examples of similar PHP projects you have worked on and explain your experience with payment/monetization systems.
This project is for personal use initially, but the goal is to make the website professional and ready to generate revenue through Premium memberships and other paid features.
