Photorealistic Townhouse Rendering Package

I will provide a fully modelled Revit file containing four adjoining townhouses and need you to turn it into five ultra-realistic images. Two of them should be exterior daylight shots that sell a clean, modern, high-end façade, while the other three must capture key interior moments:
• an open-plan living room and kitchen,
• one of the bedrooms with its en-suite bathroom,
• the entryway with the main stair.

Please work in Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion or any engine you trust to achieve lifelike quality; tight, believable textures and refined lighting are more important to me than the specific tool. Populate every scene with people, lush planting, parked cars, books, artwork and other styled objects so the spaces feel genuinely lived-in yet sophisticated.

Deliver each view at print-ready resolution (minimum 4K), colour-corrected, and free of noise or rendering artefacts. Allow for a couple of revisions with me before the final renders.
