Photo & Video Editing Cleanup

I have a collection of raw images and several video clips that need professional post-production.

For the photos, I want:
• Color correction that brings a consistent, true-to-life look
• Retouching and enhancement to polish skin, remove small distractions, and sharpen key details
• Precise background removal so each subject can be placed on a clean or transparent backdrop

For the videos, the focus is straightforward cutting and trimming. I’ll supply the source files and a rough shot list; your job is to remove unwanted footage, tighten pacing, and deliver smooth, logical cuts that keep the narrative flowing.

Please work non-destructively—layered PSDs (or equivalent) for images and an editable timeline file for video will help if we need tweaks later. Final outputs should include:
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG images ready for web and print
• Transparent PNGs of isolated subjects
• A neatly organized folder with original-resolution PSDs or TIFFs
• One master MP4 (H.264) plus any social-media-ready variations we discuss
