Photo Editing - -Realistic Face Correction For Existing Photo Using Reference Photos

I am looking for an expierienced photo editior or photoshop retouched to help me with one specific -part of an existing photo. - making the faces of me and my brother look like our real selves.

I have already completed the phtoo editing and overall designs myself. I do not need the picture recreated. Or edited from scratch. I only need the faces corrected to look more accurate and recognizable using reference photos that i will be providing.

WHAT I WILL PROVIDE:
- The completed photo that needs face correction
- One reference photo of my brother
- One reference photo of myself.

WHAT I NEED:
- Edit my face to look like my actual face in my reference photo.
- Edit my brothers face to look like his actual face in the reference photo
- Preserve our natural facial features, skin tones. Face shapes. And individual appearances.
- Make the correction look realistic natural and seamlessly blended into the existing photo.
-Keep thr rest of the original image exactly as it is.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
I do not want our faces beautified, overly smoothed or changed into different looking people. The goal is to make us look like our actual selves, not AI-generated versions of ourselves.

Please do not change the background, clothing, poses. ;lighting. Composition or any other details in the photo. Only our faces should be corrected.

PLEASE NOTE: i am looking for someone who can handle this as a small focused editing job rather than a complete photo-editing project.
