Phone Outreach Virtual Assistant

I will be rolling out a new consulting service this October and already have a warm list of individuals who previously expressed interest. Before launch, I need each person re-contacted by phone to confirm they are still keen, update any details, and note any questions they may have so I can fine-tune my offer.

You’ll receive the lead list, a brief service overview, and a simple call script. Your task is to place friendly, professional calls, capture responses in the call log I provide, and flag anyone who requests a follow-up from me personally.

Deliverables:
• Completed call log with outcome codes, notes, and updated contact info
• Daily summary of overall progress plus any urgent issues
