Phased Site Plan & Renderings

This assignment covers a full visualization sequence for a new commercial development. I will hand over the exact parcel dimensions From that point the FreeLancer must design the parking field with parking stall size (9' × 18'), vehicular circulation routes, access points, curbing lines, and the approximate setbacks. All work must respect an eco-friendly, sustainable theme, and the reserved building pads must be treated as energy-efficient “place-holders” at the footprint size I specify.

The process is strictly linear: once a phase is approved, its geometry is locked and becomes the sole reference for the next phase—no shifting, scaling, or re-interpreting later.

Deliverables
• Phase 1 – Dimensionally controlled 2D schematic site plan (CAD/PDF).
• Phase 2 – Dimension-faithful 2D NADIR overhead illustration, graphically refined for presentation (AI/PSD/SVG as appropriate).
• Phase 3 – Photorealistic oblique architectural rendering built directly on the Phase 2 plan (high-resolution PNG/JPEG; source file from Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or comparable).

Acceptance is based on:
1. Dimensional accuracy matching the supplied parcel data and parking counts.
2. Consistent element positions carried forward unchanged between phases.
3. Visual quality that clearly communicates the sustainable, modern aesthetic of the commercial site.

If you normally develop in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools, feel free to keep your native workflow; just be ready to export the formats listed above at each milestone. I will also share reference images to guide style and material choices before we begin Phase 3.

The images are for illustration only, I will supply a much more detailed Project Description to candidates selected for the project. This will be one of a multiple of similar projects, each with different lot sizes. Each will iinitially be bid as separate projects.
