Pharma Production Support Coordinator

I run a contract-manufacturing line for pharmaceutical products and need reliable part-time support to keep daily operations flowing smoothly. Your main focus will be hands-on production support: watching critical process parameters in real time, spotting deviations early, and feeding that information back to the team so batches stay on spec.

Beyond the shop floor I also want you to take ownership of our end-to-end supply stream. That means coordinating raw-material suppliers, synchronising with internal formulation and QA teams, and lining up outbound logistics so finished goods leave on schedule with full documentation.

Because these areas touch GMP compliance, accuracy and clear communication are non-negotiable. Familiarity with standard pharma production tools, basic ERP modules and Excel for quick trend reports will help you succeed. We work best with concise status updates, fast escalation when you see a risk, and weekly metrics that tell us what to fine-tune next.

• Immediate incident reports with corrective-action suggestions when issues arise
