The memorial must track the standard Indian moot-court structure—cover page, index of authorities, statement of jurisdiction, statement of facts, issues, summary of arguments, detailed arguments advanced, prayer, and all other customary segments—presented with precise citations to the Constitution, statutes, and leading Supreme Court and High Court decisions.
