PETG Mechanical Adapter STL & Specs

I need a small plastic adapter modelled for mechanical support and I will supply the full set of finished dimensions as soon as we start. The part must be designed specifically for PETG so that layer orientation, wall thickness and tolerances are appropriate for that material’s strength and slight flexibility.

Turn-around is important: once you have my measurements I would like the final files within a day if possible.

Deliverables
• Print-ready .stl file
• A concise spec/drawing (PDF or similar) that shows every critical dimension, hole size, wall thickness and any recommended print settings for PETG

I will test-fit the first print against my assembly; if all dimensions fall within ±0.2 mm and the adapter supports the required load without visible deformation, the job is complete.
