I’m looking for a Notion specialist who can turn my scattered notes and spreadsheets into one streamlined personal workspace. The goal is to keep everything I need for my solo business in a single place—no team collaboration, just a clean personal-use hub that lets me:
• Log every client’s details in a dedicated Client Record database
• Track ongoing Work Records with those clients (meeting notes, deliverables, time logs)
• Manage a Task Tracker that pulls priority items from all projects into one actionable list
Here’s how I picture it working
1. A homepage dashboard that surfaces today’s tasks, upcoming deadlines, and recently edited client files.
2. Three interlinked databases—Client Record, Work Record, and Task Tracker—with relations and roll-ups so I can see everything tied to a client at a glance.
3. Ready-made templates: new-client intake page, meeting note layout, and a repeating task template with status, priority, and due-date properties.
4. Simple filtered views on mobile and desktop (e.g., “This Week,” “Overdue,” “High-Value Clients”).
Acceptance criteria
• Databases link correctly (no orphan records).
• Template buttons auto-populate required fields.
• Dashboard loads in under three seconds on desktop.
• Short Loom walkthrough (≤5 min) showing how to add a new client, create a work record, and mark a task complete.
If you’re comfortable building relational databases in Notion, setting up formulas/roll-ups, and designing a user-friendly dashboard, I’d love to see your approach and timeframe.
