Personal Notes Transcription & Diagrams

I have a collection of roughly a few dozen pages of handwritten personal notes that I need typed up in Microsoft Word. Accuracy is essential—I want every sentence, heading, and bullet reproduced exactly as it appears on the page. Several pages contain simple sketches and flow-style diagrams; those need to be redrawn directly in Word (using Shapes or SmartArt) so the final document is fully editable, not just an image pasted in.

Because the content is personal, discretion and clean formatting are important. Keep the document layout tidy, apply standard fonts, and mirror my original spacing so the notes remain easy to follow.

Deliverables:
• One clean .docx file containing all transcribed text.
• Re-created diagrams positioned where they appear in the originals, editable within Word.
• A brief change log noting any words or symbols you were uncertain about.

I’ll supply scanned PDFs of the 11–50 pages once we begin, and I’m happy to clarify any handwriting that is hard to read.
