We are seeking a style-conscious, highly organized Personal Fashion Shopper & Sourcing Assistant based in the Milan area to scout, photo-verify, and procure discounted women’s luxury clothing and accessories.
In this role, you will be our boots on the ground—visiting local fashion showrooms, private sample sales, and major outlet hubs (like Serravalle or FoxTown). Please note: This role requires a strict real-time approval process; you will share clear photos of your finds for approval before any purchases are finalized.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Scouting: Regularly visit local designer sample sales, private warehouse events, and premium outlet centers across the Milan metro area.
• Photo-Verification & Approval: Take clear, high-quality photos/videos of available items, brand tags, sizes, condition, and pricing while in-store. Send these details immediately for review and await explicit purchasing approval.
• Quality & Authenticity Checks: Thoroughly inspect garments for flaws, loose threads, missing buttons, or floor-model wear before proposing them.
• Purchasing & Logistics: Securely manage buying budgets, retain all itemized receipts, and safely pack and ship all approved inventory to us.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Local Sourcing Expertise: Based in or near Milan with strong knowledge of the local fashion scene, seasonal sales, and outlet networks.
• Luxury Fashion Knowledge: Deep understanding of contemporary and high-end women’s fashion brands, European sizing, and fabric quality.
• Excellent Communication: Access to a smartphone with a high-quality camera and messaging apps for instant photo sharing and real-time coordination.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel independently to various shopping districts and local shipping centers.
• Organization & Trustworthiness: High integrity when handling purchasing funds and absolute attention to detail with receipts and shipping labels.
