Personal Credit Expert Witness Needed

I am preparing a litigation matter that turns on how a consumer’s credit profile was treated and reported. I need a seasoned credit expert witness who focuses on personal credit—someone who can speak authoritatively about credit underwriting practices, interpret credit reports and scores, and quantify credit-related damages.

Here is what I will ask you to handle for the case:
• Credit underwriting – evaluate the lender’s decision-making process against industry guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Credit reports and scores – dissect the consumer bureau files (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and FICO/VantageScore models, explaining how each entry affected the score over time.
• Credit damages – calculate score impact, added borrowing costs, and any ancillary financial harm flowing from the inaccurate reporting.

You will receive the full loan records, bureau reports, and correspondence. I will need a written expert report that satisfies federal and state evidentiary rules, followed by availability for deposition and, if required, live testimony at trial. Clear, defensible methodology and concise language that a jury can understand are essential.

Must also be available for zoom calls or depositions at any time while the case is pending.
